作者簡介
Umesh P. Nagarkatte, PhD is currently a Professor and Chair in the Department of Mathematics, Medgar Evers College/CUNY. He had taught Theory of Constraints methodology at the Goldratt Institute in New Haven, CT as well as management skills workshops. He has presented and published extensively on the topic of TOC and has received numerous grants to further his research. He has a PhD in Algebraic Number Theory from CUNY and had done graduate work at Purdue University, Indiana.
Nancy Oley, PhD is a Professor of Psychology and Director of the Psychology Laboratory, Medgar Evers College/ CUNY. She has made numerous presentations with her co-author on the Theory of Constraints and has received numerous grants related to her research. She is also the publisher of numerous chapters and articles related to TOC and other topics relevant to her background in psychology.
