Dr. Fiona Smaill is a Professor in the Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine in the Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada and a Medical Microbiologist for the Hamilton Regional Laboratory Medicine Program.
Dr. Nick Daneman is a clinician scientist in the division of infectious diseases at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
