本書分成三個項目部分。第一個項目為國際金融市場基礎知識,包括國際貨幣體系和國際收支。從最初的金本位制到20世紀中期的布雷頓森林體系至浮動匯率制度,再到當下多元化的匯率制度,對國際貨幣體系的產生、發展和消亡,以及國際收支的概念、國際收支的主要內容以及國際收支與相關宏觀經濟變量的關系進行了簡單的闡述。第二個項目為外匯市場與匯率折算,包括外匯市場和外匯衍生品概述。第三個項目為外匯風險管理,包括對經營風險、交易風險和折算風險的管理。本書在編寫上注重理論與實踐相結合,強調學生自主學習能力的培養,既可作為高等職業院校國際商務、國際金融教材,亦可作為各類金融專業培訓的參考教材,也適合對國際金融有興趣的讀者自學使用。
