Pamela's Sucker Punch

When everything seemed to be shutting down and Pamela's world becomes different and difficult, she fights back. Although she faces hard times, sickness, interrupted routines, she decides to face those things in the boxing ring. She steps into the ring and takes control of her feelings and emotions one punch at a time. She has a choice and she has a voice, and she uses them to be heard when the whole world was in a pandemic. Pamela's Sucker Punch teaches children of all ages that what they feel matters. It models how to deal with feelings and emotions in a healthy way and that mental health for children is important. Pamela has the power to choose to become her own super hero and use sports, not others, as an outlet for feelings of stress, loneliness, sadness, and anger.
