Biblical, motivational and uplifting practices.My main motivation in writing this book was a mix of personal experiences and a desire to help others in this gloomy time of COVID-19. I didn't want to just write some words but to provide well-presented helpful practices in a professional form. It took me nearly 14 months to put all these practices together and even to try it myself. I kept writing and I always thought that I will keep all these practices for myself. I was thinking that this unpromising time will end soon. Unfortunately, it's still going on. Being faithful Christian and a strong believer helped me a lot in putting all these practices together. The book is based on reciting the 25 practices with your own voice and in the right situation. It's also based on that the most trusted voice for our mind is our voices. A lot of negativity in the news and from the voices of people around us. The only voice that can beat all this is our voice. Repeating and rehearsing these practices will strengthen our will power and endorse our positivity in dealing with different situations.
