Gallery of Guilt: A Santa Fe Cozy Mystery

Kate Quincy, a curator at an art museum in Kansas City, moves to Santa Fe, New Mexico, to manage her uncle's gallery. Soon afterward, she attends a social event hosted by Gideon Pritcher, a prominent business owner. As guests enjoy the party, a bitter argument ensues between him and the local busybody, Darcie Myers. They both disappear for the remainder of the evening, and Gideon's body is later found near his gallery.

Frustrated by the lack of leads in the case, Kate decides to conduct her own research. She interviews members of the art community and learns that a ring of looters has been pillaging Native American cultural sites. She also discovers that her friend, Amy Lane, once witnessed Gideon buying stolen artifacts from the ring. Convinced that his demise and the thievery are connected, Kate enlists the help of Amy and her new love interest, Juan Mercado, to catch the criminals. But things don't go as planned, and the situation quickly escalates into a life-threatening endeavor.
