This devoted and heartfelt memoir tells of Elizabeth and Paul Ravencraft's 60-year love story, from teenage to golden age. The Oklahoma oil boom of the 1970s followed by the oil bust of the 1980s presented many highs and lows. Sitting at her breakfast table recently, Elizabeth made a profound discovery. In the center of the table were roses cut from a bush that Paul had planted years ago. Their fragrance reminded her of the many roses he had given her throughout the years.
