Instead, it is a compilation of snippets from my mind, details of my life, that I hope will help others who are suffering in the way that I needed help so desperately along the way. Often, all I needed was a knowing look, an understanding hand rub, or words shared of similar traumas - I needed that, but I didn't get it. I hope that this book will be that for you.
