to help us declare a better future over our lives. The

words we speak are extremely important and many

times what we speak will manifest and has manifested.

Today's reality is yesterday's spoken words. Together we

can declare a better future for ourselves, our children, our

families and friends, our communities, our countries and

the world we live in.

I have put together 365 personal simple quotes, inspirations,

manifestations and reflections to declare daily, to help change

our mindset and begin the journey of a better future through

words. Even more exciting, is the self-care suggestions and
