The Well of Truth: Stories of Spirit

The Well of Truth is a contemporary "everywoman" tale filled with elements of fantasy, mysticism, and lore. Each story in this collection gives us a snapshot into the life of our protagonist, Grace, spanning from young adulthood to middle age. Each of the seemingly "normal" life events Grace experiences--getting married and divorced, raising children, losing loved ones, transitioning into menopause, and more--showcases Grace's unique connection to the wider universe, and to the archetypal energies that offer her life lessons and practical wisdom. Over the course of her life, Grace encounters challenges, both daily and momentous, that are common among, and unique to, women--and deities such as Kali (Hindu), Nephthys (Egyptian), Yemonja (Yoruba), and Artemis (Greek) share crucial insights and spiritual mentoring when she needs it the most. With their guidance, Grace ultimately manages to construct the thing she wants most: an independent, authentic life.
