The world over, people were unprepared to make hard decisions about their livelihood when the pandemic hit. Never before had work/life balance felt like so much horse shit. Many become solopreneurs by force. It's hard to lead a business when you can't decide on the direction. To grow and scale a business beyond a party-of-one requires decisions upon decisions.
