Traditional violence against women

It is important to understand the intrinsic components of violence, i.e. aggression and aggressiveness, as all violence cannot exist without these drives and modes of reaction. A person is only violent because he or she has aggression within him or her, the level of which varies greatly; secondly, the person can only be violent if he or she allows this aggression to abate and express itself. On the other hand, and in the same way, violence can be deaf and haunt the whole life of a person who represses it in depression or suicide or expresses it, up to the point of torture or murder which he or she may commit. It is therefore necessary to begin this work on violence with the analysis of aggressiveness. It is important to note that aggression and violence have been exercised preferentially against the female sex, which remains to be understood. In fact, aggression and violence are exercised against the weak. Whether they are women, children, the elderly, the destitute, the colonised, the enslaved, the despised 'race', the sick, the handicapped, the queer, etc.
