Yog se Amratva - Ek Rahasya

Yog has always been a part of Indian Sanatan tradition and knowledge. During last many centuries, this ancient Indian wisdom was almost destroyed and lost by barbaric foreign rulers. Yog is one of these wisdoms, during last century when some wise people portrayed and demonstrated the Yog (mainly Yogasanas) and its benefits to western countries, it became popular globally and came back to India as "Yoga".

But is Yog limited only to some asanas or it is something beyond? Is its benefits are related with health only? Is there some other meaning of Yog too in our Ancient Indian texts and Puranas?
