An Angel Comes Calling: Of Heaven & Hell

Compelled by anger, Lucy arrives at Tom's front door to confront him about books he's written about their past relationship. Afflicted with a serious personality disorder, she is incapable of genuine love, but very capable of manipulation, deceit and cruelty.

Returning home from an expedition to the Arctic, Lucy and Tom are reunited after four months apart. Having made the choice to seek professional help three years previous, she is filled with love as they savour their togetherness.

And so begin the two strands which weave the story of An Angel Comes Calling. A tale of contrast, it's underpinned by compassion and a belief each of us has the power to heal, change and grow.

Though a story in its own right, An Angel Comes Calling also follows on from the true story of the relationship which inspired it. This is available in Kindle and paperback formats in two volumes entitled The Gentle Man and the Butterfly, Volume One: The Light Rises and Volume Two: The Darkness Falls (initially published anonymously, but now also with Edwin Page's name attached). It has also been released as a single edition exclusive to Kindle, which is subtitled The Complete Story. Further to this, there is another non-fiction called Life After Mental Abuse: A Personal Journey which relates Edwin Page's recovery from the mental and emotional abuse he endured.
