Diaries from home: Leave to thrive, return to heal

This is a self-help biography where I write about my past quoted from my childhood diaries. I've written in diaries almost my entire life, so the book portrays all my childhood diaries as a collection. Diaries from home is a timeline where each year has its chapter. The diaries are quoted, and the story is built up from each incident. I wrote about my abusive childhood, how it was living in a domestic violent household, how we got out if it, the trauma and the aftermath of leaving. There are also advice and guides on healing, self-improvement and self-growth. I have included resources at the end of the books, such as number to contact if experiencing any kind of domestic violence, and where to find helpful journal and shadow work prompts. The purpose of Diaries from home is to inspire and educate. Your background does not define you. You can truly change your life for the better despite your current situation, and I hope this book can prove you wrong if you think otherwise.
