The Dreaded Gang of Nine

In early 1980s Los Angeles, Jason Hampton and his best friends, Brad and Eric, meet Kevin at the bar where they work. Kevin quickly becomes the center of their group, introducing them to the rock scene, LA clubs, and Hollywood's elite. Jason and his friends share a love for heavy metal, horror movies, and the occult, while Kevin's connections supply them with whatever drugs they desire.

Jason, Brad, and Eric are in a metal band, dreaming of a record contract, while Kevin is working hard to pay his way through college, despite his parents' disapproval of his film major. Kevin's circle expands to include five women, each facing financial struggles. Together, they form a group to support one another, but they choose a dangerous, illegal path fraught with peril.

As their leader, Kevin dives deeper into drugs and dark arts, the group's bond begins to unravel. Jason wants out, but escaping the gang's grip proves treacherous, with both conventional and mystical consequences lurking at every turn.
