作者簡介

Jacqui Malouf is best known as cohost of the Food Network's Emmy-nominated Hot off the Grill with Bobby Flay and regularly appears on several Food Network specials, including Sara Moulton's Cooking Live and Emeril's Viva Lagasse. She also hosts Metro Channel's multiple Emmy Award-winning reality show, Subway Q & A, and Cablevision's Full Frontal Fashion. An accomplished self-taught chef, Jacqui has lived and cooked all over the world. She currently lives with her husband in Los Angeles and New York.

Liz Gumbinner is a freelance writer living in New York. This is her first book.
