ISO 9001: 2015 In Brief

Now in its 4^th Edition, this book is particularly aimed at students, newcomers to quality management systems and the busy executive with the overall intention of providing them with a user-friendly, very simplified, explanation of the history, the requirements and the benefits of the new standard.
