作者簡介
Michael Dickmann is professor of international human resource management at Cranfield University, UK. He is the director of the MSc in International Human Resource Management, and editor of theInternational Journal of Human Resource Management. Michael is co-author ofGlobal Careers, published by Routledge in 2010.
Chris Brewster is professor of international human resource management at Henley Business School, UK, Vaasa University, Finland, and Radboud University, the Netherlands. He researches international and comparative HRM, and has published more than 25 books, and almost 200 journal articles.
Paul Sparrow is director of the Centre for Performance-led HR, and professor of international human resource management at Lancaster University, UK. He is co-editor of theJournal of Organizational Effectiveness, and serves on the editorial boards ofHuman Resource Management, International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management,and Career Development International among others. From 2008 to 2012, he was voted one of the Top 15 Most Influential HR Thinkers by Human Resources magazine.
