作者簡介
David Noer is an honorary senior fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership, International Organizational Consultant, and Professor Emeritus at Elon University. He is the former editor of the Organization Development Practitioner and member of the Organization Development Board of Directors. He lives in Greensboro, North Carolina.
