Ben Nanfeng Luo is an Assistant Professor in the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China, Beijing, China.
Chris Jackson is a Professor in the School of Management at UNSW Australia Business School, Sydney, Australia.
Karin Sanders is the Head of School of Management and Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at UNSW Australia Business School, Sydney, Australia.
