本書是一本工學結合的專業英語教材，共分6個單元。其中前4個單元共24課，主要包括電子技術基礎知識、電子儀器和設備、通信技術、電子高新技術方面的內容。每課內容包括課文、專業詞匯表、注解和練習，學習重點放在閱讀理解、專業詞匯積累和書面翻譯上。後2個單元為專業英語基礎知識部分，主要介紹專業英語閱讀（翻譯）及寫作基礎知識。全書參考教學課時為60學時。
作者簡介
劉騁，主要研究領域為電子信息技術和職業教育。共主持完成省級教育研究項目4項，參與完成***教育研究項目1項，主持完成院級科研項目5項，公開發表教學和科研論文20多篇，主編出版《高頻電子技術》《多媒體技術原理與應用》等教材8本。其中2本教材分別入選“十一五”“十二五”***規劃教材。
