I wasn't always like this. I was content to follow along for the sake of fitting in. A well-trained chameleon, I learned how to be whom or what others needed me to be. I was not accustomed to questioning my needs, but then my predictable world turned upside down, forcing me into a world of the unknown.

My teaching memoir is the testimony of my soul's journey, my exploration, and my destiny. Herein are my stories of trauma and transformation and how my experiences led me to discover my soul's truth-my soul contract.

I share my experiences of inviting the unknown while allowing signs and symbols to guide me to a world beyond the physical. I share the wisdom my spiritual teachers provided as I developed a healthy trust to explore the life that was patiently waiting for me. I share the tools and processes I've adopted to nurture my spirit while introducing an honest internal dialogue.
