ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr Nishanti Wijedasa Han Ying is a paediatric doctor at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, Singapore. She has a special interest in sport and active living, and strives to encourage children to find joy in sports. As a paediatrician, she is always learning from her patients and hopes this series allows her to give back to them.
