Mental habits are the result of everything we've subconsciously absorbed over time. The unconscious mind guides our lives, so habits essentially govern our existence. But who decides which habits to adopt, which to suppress, and which to continue? That's right, it's you!

You have the power to consciously reprogram your beliefs, thereby changing your attitudes and energy. The moment your mental and physical energy shifts, everything else changes. Why? Carl Jung called the feminine part present in the psyche of man "anima" and the masculine part present in the psyche of woman "animus." Each part tends toward the other, compensating for it and allowing Life to be. It's clear that every human being has both parts within them, more or less developed. Hermes (about 4000 years ago) transcribed the same concept on the Emerald Tablet. Therefore, both energies of our mind, feminine and masculine, cooperate with the sole purpose of creating Reality. The same concept is excellently expressed by the symbol of the Tao, the black and white chasing each other, each with a bit of the other within. And everything is perfect as long as there is this harmony. Yin and Yang unite to create. The past finds its confirmations. The efforts in the search for "who we are" come together, and the truth that emerges is one: we don't have a soul, we are the Soul. Mind and body are our tools to co-create together with the higher entity (whether you call it God, Universal Energy, Tao... it doesn't matter) that allows this universe to expand, perpetuate itself, and renew itself.
